You will lead by example, solve problems on the fly, and uphold Popeyes standards in a fast-paced kitchen with strong teamwork and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and the ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by setting the pace and guiding the team with confidence.
• Deliver guest experiences with fast, friendly, and accurate service on a clean, welcoming line.
• Coach Team Members, provide feedback, and develop skills on the floor.
• Support operations by handling cash controls, inventory checks, and truck orders.
• Uphold Popeyes standards and keep the kitchen energized and ready.
