Job summary

Murphy Oil USA, Inc is hiring immediately for part-time Shift Leaders. The role includes delivering prompt customer service, handling fuel and merchandise transactions, and supporting store operations to drive performance.

Eligible for daily pay and comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, retirement, and education assistance. Opportunity for advancement to Assistant Manager in as little as 6 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience.
• Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer's requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Help lead the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectives.
• Performing job related duties as assigned.
• In the absence of management provide backup duties including but not limited to completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product count and equipment maintenance and training new employees.
