Responsibilities

• Supervise and train team members on Burger King’s operational procedures, food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness standards.
• Manage shift operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control, and ensuring proper food safety protocols are followed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to ensure all products meet Burger King’s standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for both team members and customers.
• Assist with scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Communicate effectively with management regarding operational issues, employee performance, and customer feedback.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Support and enforce all company policies and procedures.
