Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming shop environment.
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks.
• Foster a positive atmosphere for guests and team members.
• Ensure food quality through consistency in flavor and presentation.
• Prepare ingredients and assemble bowls and smoothies with care.
• Operate the POS system to take and process orders.
• Answer customer questions and address concerns in a friendly manner.
• Accurately take and assemble customer orders in a timely manner.
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management.
• Report inventory shortages or product concerns to supervisor.
