Smoothie King Maynard is hiring a Shift Lead with leadership and guest-service focus. Pay ranges from $21.00 to $22.50 per hour, including tips, with flexible schedules and paid training.

As Shift Lead, you will guide the team, assist guests with product choices, manage cash, and uphold food quality and Smoothie King's values. Location: Maynard, MA. Must be 18+, have a HS diploma or equivalent, and at least 1 year in food service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of food industry experience, preferably in a quick service or fast-food environment.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire team members.
• Strong communication skills with a guest comes first mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years old with open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Blend delicious smoothies and assist guests in selecting products that support their fitness and nutrition goals.
• Manage cash drawer and perform opening/closing duties with accuracy.
