Smoothie King Maynard is urgently seeking a skilled Shift Lead to guide a fast-paced team in delivering top-quality guest experiences at our Maynard location. You will oversee daily operations, assist customers with product choices, and support a positive, health-focused brand culture.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in quick service, strong leadership and communication skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team during your shift to deliver an extraordinary guest experience

• Manage cash drawer and perform opening/closing duties with accuracy
• Prepare fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients to maintain product quality
