Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure service and enjoyment standards are delivered.
• Perform food preparation or service tasks when necessary.
• Ensure cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the restaurant.
• Complete shift administration and banking tasks.
• Monitor food preparation methods, recipes, and portion sizes.
• Ensure compliance with health department regulations on cleanliness and temperature control.
• Ensure team follows break and meal schedules as mandated.
• Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Train and guide new team members, setting clear standards.
