Job summary

Nekter Juice Bar is seeking a Shift Leader to deliver an energizing guest experience and oversee shift operations. The role involves supervising 3-7 team members and ensuring sales performance aligns with brand standards, especially in the absence of higher management.

The position requires a customer-focused approach, reliability, and strong communication. Training includes health and safety practices and executing Nekter promotions and coupons.

Qualifications

• 1 Year of experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred, but not required.
• Food Handler card provided prior to employment.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Extended periods of standing (4-8 hours).
• Reaching, bending, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the ultimate guest experience of the Nekter brand.
• Oversee shift operations, sales performance and brand execution in the absence of leadership.
• Supervise a staff of 3-7 team members and carry out management responsibilities as per Nekter standards.
• Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions per policies.
• Know and execute Nekter promotions and coupons.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across equipment, front area, restrooms, and parking lot.
