Job summary

Duchess is seeking a Shift Manager at a Taco Bell franchise location in Ohio. You will support the restaurant manager by running shifts, ensuring quality food, and maintaining strong customer relations.

You will lead teammates, manage cash procedures, inventory, and daily operations while upholding safety standards and efficiency. The role demands initiative and the ability to handle忙 operations with a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to supervise and direct subordinate staff.
• Must perform basic cleaning tasks in the restaurant.
• Able to stand, walk, lifting up to 50 lbs during 90% of shift.
• Expected to handle cash procedures and inventory controls.
• Hours typically around 30+ per week; schedule may vary.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Maintain a positive attitude with coworkers and lead by example.
• Take initiative, exceed basic duties, and maintain high activity.
• Oversee and guide subordinate employees and provide direction.
• Handle cash control/security procedures and inventory management.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times.
