Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Obtains and maintains valid certification or license as required by state (PTCB/pharmacy).

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, refunds, and provide change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory accuracy, pricing changes, displays, and backroom organization.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and store cleanliness.
• Assist at Pharmacy out window as requested.
