Job summary

Peet’s Coffee in Daly City, CA is seeking a Shift Lead to help run daily operations in a fast-paced café. You will lead shifts, assign tasks, and ensure smooth service while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in a leadership role and experience with POS/cash handling. You’ll handle opening/closing routines, assist with inventory and visual updates, and contribute to a positive team through clear communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a leadership role.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling responsibilities.
• Flexible schedule with availability at least three days per week.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform physical tasks during shifts.
