Leslie’s is a trusted pool and spa care retailer with 900+ locations nationwide. As a Shift Lead 1 you’ll support store performance, training a team, and upholding customer service and merchandising standards.

You will learn best practices, lead by example, and help drive sales while ensuring safety and operational procedures are followed. Pay ranges $17.30–$19.30 per hour, with compensation determined by education and experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading a team (preferred).
• A valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Complete required training within two months of hire.
• Retail experience or prior lead role with testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager on store operations, sales plans, payroll and expenses.
• Conduct water analysis and mechanical repairs.
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
• Ensure the team follows all safety protocols.
• Identify new talent to join the team.
• Maintain a clean, well merchandised environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Open and close store responsibilities including daily bank deposits.
