Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a customer service leadership position, preferably in hospitality or coffee.
• Able to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the floor and ensure smooth operations.
• Craft beautiful coffee and matcha products.
• Support GM and train new employees.
• Open and close the store safely.
• Handle customer issues.
