Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Strong math and organizational abilities.
• Able to move up to 45 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Attendance and punctuality required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and execute MIC (Manager in Charge) routines to ensure consistency.
• Oversee Team Members' completion of Shift Excellence tasks and maintain appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist with training and screening candidates.
• Support cash control, inventory, and labor management.
