Felipe's is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee the Heladería dessert station and deliver exceptional guest service while coaching team members and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

You will work closely with Restaurant Managers to support daily operations and help your team succeed. This full-time leadership role offers growth opportunities, great benefits, and a pathway to restaurant management in a fun, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred.
• Leadership or training experience is a plus.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate others.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Heladería team and set the standard for guest service.
• Prepare desserts and specialty menu items according to Felipe's standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members.
• Ensure all recipes are prepared accurately and consistently.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked dessert station.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and daily pars.
• Support the Manager on Duty with daily operations.
• Step in wherever needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
