Job summary

CNH Group is seeking a PM Shift Lead at our Exton, PA Crumbl location. You will supervise the shift team, uphold quality, service and cleanliness, attend meetings, and support the Store Manager to drive store performance.

Training lasts about two weeks, after which you operate the store during scheduled shifts with opportunities to advance. Ideal candidates bring prior food service leadership, a record of stable roles, and comfort with apps, scheduling and communications.

Qualifications

• Experience leading staff, operations and closing procedures in food service.
• Ability to manage a team and maintain Crumbl's standards of quality and service.
• Completion of required food-safety certifications prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage each shift's Bakers and staff to exceed Crumbl standards.
• Attend meetings and support the Store Manager with daily tasks.
• Most shifts are closing; some openings/mids possible with availability.

PM Shift Lead Position Description:

Following a 2-week training period on all-things-Crumbl, this role will be the primary manager of the store during each scheduled shift, where you will be responsible for managing each shift’s team of Bakers in exceeding Crumbl's already high minimum standards of excellence in Quality, Customer Service, and Cleanliness. You will participate in meetings, take on tasks in support of the Store Manager, and be supported in learning new things, and encouraged to advance your career with us. A majority of your shifts must be closing, but if you have the availability, some opening and mids are possible.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous food service experience as the primary shift leader responsible for leading staff, operations, and closing procedures
• Track record of previous position(s) averaging more than two (2) years with fewer than three (3) total prior jobs
• Availability to work primarily closing shifts, including at least five Friday and/or Saturday shifts per month (We're closed on Sundays)
• Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate prior to start date and ServSafe equivalent within 90 days of hire
• Comfortable with Smart Phone Apps, Spreadsheets, Email and Online Calendars
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to/from work

*Includes Guarantee Tip Minimum:

• This role includes TIP SHARING, with a guarantee of at least $2.00 per hour on top of your base hourly pay rate.
• Tip sharing is NOT capped, so when tips go over the minimum guarantee per hour, you earn that too
• The minimum guaranteed tip amount is subject to change every calendar quarter

Full-Time Benefits:

• Guarantee of at least $2.00 / hour in tips for your non-training hours
• Up to 80 hours of PTO per calendar year
