Job summary

Murphy USA Inc. is hiring for a part-time Shift Lead in Tomball, TX. You will provide prompt, courteous customer experience, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, operate the register, and help the store team run daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 6 months of related experience.
• Minimum 3 months of cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ years old (21+ in several states as applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions; operate cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers and keep store clean and safe.
• Support Store Manager and lead team to meet performance goals.
• Perform back-up duties including paperwork, inventory, and training new employees.
