Job summary

Murphy Oil USA, Inc is hiring a part-time Shift Lead for a Sebastian, FL location. You will provide prompt, courteous customer service, assist with purchases and fuel transactions, operate the cash register, and help lead the team to meet performance goals.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 months as a cashier; candidates must be 18+ and have reliable transportation. Daily pay and health benefits are among the perks.

Qualifications

High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience.
Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience.
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
Responding to and resolving customer's requests and concerns.
Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
Operating cash register.
Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations.
Helping lead the team to exceed the store's performance goals and objectives.
Performing job related duties as assigned.
In the absence of management provide backup duties including but not limited to completing daily/monthly paperwork, resolving problems, reviewing daily video, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product count and equipment maintenance and training new employees
