Murphy USA Inc. is hiring for a part-time Shift Lead in Florida. Join one of the nation’s largest gasoline and convenience retailers and play a key role in delivering a superior customer experience.

You will lead a team, manage register operations, and ensure store performance while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. Eligible candidates will have cashier experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ months of cashier experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18+ years old (smaller state age rules apply).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach repeatedly and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register accurately.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise are available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support Store Manager in all store operations.
• Help lead the team to exceed store performance goals.
• Perform duties as assigned.
• In the absence of management, cover daily/monthly paperwork, resolve issues, review daily video, manage inventory and train new employees.
