Murphy Oil USA, Inc is hiring immediately for part-time Shift Leads in Pensacola, FL. You will provide prompt, courteous service, assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions, operate the cash register, and help lead the team to meet store goals.

Competenze

Must be 18+ years of age (19 in Indiana, 20 in Kentucky, 21 in certain states).
High school diploma / GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience.
Requires minimum 3 months of Cashier experience.
Must have valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.
Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Mansioni

Providing prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
Responding to and resolving customer requests and concerns.
Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
Operating cash register.
Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Supporting the Store Manager in all store operations.
Helping lead the team to exceed the store''s performance goals and objectives.
Performing job related duties as assigned.
Backup duties in absence of management including paperwork, problem resolution, video review, plan-o-gram compliance, inventory ordering, product counts and training new employees.
