Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED, or at least 6 months of related job experience.
• Requires minimum 3 months of cashier experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous customer experience.
• Respond to and resolve customer requests and concerns.
• Assist customers with purchases and fuel transactions.
• Operate cash register.
• Ensure fuel and merchandise is available for customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment.
• Support the Store Manager in all store operations.
• Help lead the team to exceed store performance goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• In the absence of management, back up daily/monthly paperwork, resolve problems, review daily video, ensure plan-o-gram compliance, handle inventory ordering, product counts and equipment maintenance, and train new employees.
