Job summary

Sud Stop Car Wash in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a energetic Shift Lead to supervise a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift, ensuring excellent service and a safe, efficient operation.

You will train and coach staff, handle customer questions, promote memberships, and work outdoors in all weather while meeting sales goals. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred; car wash experience is a plus, but we train the right person.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or service.
• Customer service and/or sales experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

Previous leadership or supervisory experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred)

Customer service and/or sales experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Team-first mindset with the ability to lead by example

Reliable transportation

Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 50 lbs

Comfortable working outside for prolonged periods of time

Weekend and holiday availability

Car wash experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
