Job summary

Black Rifle Coffee Company seeks to hire a Shift Lead to assist the General Manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. As the Hourly Shift Lead, you will be responsible for leading the team during your assigned shift.

This includes ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising employees, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Delivers exceptional customer service, executes store operations during scheduled shifts, opening/closing

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in QSR, customer service, retail or hospitality.
• 2+ years retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service and monitors store standards.
• Executes store operations during assigned shifts and opens/closes as needed.
• Coaches and provides feedback to associates to ensure policy adherence.
• Schedules breaks and covers meals for floor staff; handles cash correctly.
