Weis Markets in the United States is seeking an Assistant Starbucks Leader to support store operations, supervise associates on shift, and ensure a positive customer experience.

You will handle cash register duties, maintain backroom organization, uphold sanitation standards, and help train team members while following safety policies. This role emphasizes teamwork, coaching, and delivering consistent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a cash register and handling money.
• Ability to supervise and mentor associates during shifts.
• Commitment to health and OSHA requirements and sanitation.

Responsabilités

• Run shifts with customers at our core and coordinate team to deliver a great customer experience.
• Solve problems in the moment, coach teammates, and document information for smooth transitions between shifts.
• Create an engaging store environment, promote teamwork, and maintain a positive attitude.
• May operate cash register and ensure proper money handling in compliance with policies.
• Maintain backroom and receiving area security and sanitation; follow cleaning schedules and health/OSHA requirements.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, checking-in, and stocking deliveries when trained.
• Ensure smooth workflow and continuous improvement by cooperating with coworkers.
• Use PPE and comply with safety standards; may be asked to assist in other departments.
