• Run shifts with customers at our core, ensuring the team works together to satisfy guests.
• Solve problems in the moment, coaching the team and keeping operations smooth.
• Create an engaging store environment and promote teamwork and energy on shift.
• May operate cash register and adhere to money-handling policies and tobacco/alcohol laws.
• Maintain backroom and receiving area, keeping areas clean and OSHA compliant.
• Assist with deliveries and stocking as trained.
• Ensure PPE usage and safety procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve performance and workflow.
• Support other departments as needed.
