Responsibilities

• Running Shifts with Customers at Our Core: Understands today’s plan and ensures the team is working together to make every moment right for our customers. Uses resources to determine positions, routines, and breaks.
• Solving Problems in the Moment: Anticipates problems and responds calmly and confidently. Documents and shares pertinent information to uphold standards and ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
• Creating the Environment: Promotes an atmosphere of engagement and pride while achieving goals. Builds rapport with baristas and maintains a positive attitude.
• May operate cash register operations and follow money handling procedures; adheres to tobacco and alcohol laws.
• Maintains backroom and receiving area security and organization; ensures sanitation and OSHA compliance.
• Assists with receiving, unloading, and storing deliveries; operates compatible equipment as trained.
• Supports workflow by cooperating with coworkers and supervisors; seeks continuous performance improvement.
• Utilizes PPE and adheres to safety requirements; may assist in other departments.
