CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to join the CVS Pharmacy store team in Schaumburg, IL. You will support the Store Management in store execution, supervise staff when no manager is onsite, and help ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

The role emphasizes customer service, merchandise presentation, price stocking, and daily operations like stocking shelves and executing displays.

• Flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and manage stock, pricing, displays, and merchandising.
• Reset departments following POGs and ensure displays are current
