Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a part-time Shift Supervisor in Illinois. The role supports the Store Management team to drive store execution and customer service excellence.

You will lead staff when managers are absent, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and help maintain strong store performance. The position requires flexible scheduling (early mornings, overnights, weekends) and prior retail supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Management: work with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store staff, assign and follow up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet/thank customers.
• Merchandise and price merchandise; stock shelves; manage displays and inventory.
