Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Maintains registers with accurate records of scanning errors and price verifications.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and stockroom organization.
• Ensures pricing signage and local regulatory compliance are up to date.
