Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license preferred where required.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and on-hand quantities across departments and stockrooms.
• Assists with pricing changes and signage to support accurate pricing and compliance.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance, displays, and stock rotation; supports vendor deliveries and returns.
