Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Arrest and conviction records will be considered as part of the background check.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management, including cash handling.
• Complete product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Assist with and coach team members on vendor deliveries and backdoor access.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and pricing with proper signage and local regulations.
• Assist with bookkeeping activities and store maintenance as needed.
