Job summary

Everything But Water, LLC is seeking a Key Holder to work with the Store Management team to create a customer-centric environment. You will partner with Associates to support the company’s service model and brand standards.

Responsibilities include shift coverage, coaching Sales Associates, delivering exceptional service, and maintaining store presentation. This role requires evenings, weekends, and holidays availability and a strong focus on sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in retail sales
• 1 year of supervisory experience
• Availability must include nights, weekends and holidays
• Effective customer engagement skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Stand/walk 8 hours, climb a ladder, lift 15 pounds
• Must be 18 years or older
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Works with Store Manager to ensure shift coverage and occasionally supervise Sales Associates
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with selling model and brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and visual presentation in the store
• Understand sales goals and align behaviors to achieve them
