Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash in Mauldin, SC is seeking a Shift Lead to help ensure each shift runs smoothly by supporting the team and delivering a great customer experience. You will engage customers, assist with daily operations, uphold site standards, and step in to lead the team when management is not on-site.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or team experience is a plus.
• Ability to work outdoors at a pace and stay physically active.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive experience.
• Direct vehicles into the wash tunnel and ensure proper positioning.
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions.
• Open/close procedures and lead the team during shifts.
• Maintain Whistle Sparkle Assurance and quality checks.
• Delegate tasks and resolve issues to keep operations smooth.
