Kinder's Meats.Deli.BBQ is seeking a responsible, high-energy Assistant Manager to lead shifts, ensure top customer service, and oversee counter staff. The role emphasizes guest experience and team leadership in a fast-paced deli and BBQ environment.

You will train new employees, monitor food prep and service quality, enforce policies, and be capable of opening/closing the restaurant as required. Must have management experience and a Food Handler Card.

• Experience in leading a team during shifts and coordinating tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and supervise counter personnel during the shift.
• Ensure highest level of customer service across all guests.
• Provide training and instruction to counter staff.
