Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.

• Knowledge of merchandise flow in stores.
• Proven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure.
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan; prioritizes as needed.
• Provides coaching to Associates and supports training needs.
• Promotes and participates in shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed per guidelines.
• Communicates priorities to Management and Associates and provides progress updates.
