Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking a Shift Lead to manage facility operations on assigned shifts, directing technicians and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure safe, reliable building systems.

You will supervise performance, enforce safety, and maintain accurate shift records and CMMS documentation. Applicants must have 12+ years of facilities experience, be prepared for a government security investigation, and hold U.S.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience operating central utility plants and mechanical systems at mission-critical facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned shift personnel and manage work assignments.
• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure reliability.
• Monitor safety, quality, and operational performance on shift.
• Maintain shift reports and CMMS records.
• Coordinate with management and technical support for issues.
