Qualifications

• Six (6) months of customer-facing experience.
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Prepare food/beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of team members and coach staff.
• Lead beverage preparation and food preparation to standard recipes.
• Delegate tasks and coordinate two or more employees.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, safety, and customer service standards.
