Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies including cash handling and safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer modifications.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating others.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Direct daily tasks, coach team, and ensure quality beverages/food.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, and safety protocols.
• Foster teamwork and build strong relationships with guests.
