Job summary

Starbucks Corp. is seeking a shift supervisor to lead with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming coffeehouse experience for the community. You will oversee beverage and food prep, maintain store standards, and coach team members to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and the ability to delegate tasks and direct others. Flexible hours and a shared commitment to café excellence are core to this position.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two (2) or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and to learn quickly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space in the community.
• Provide quality beverages and food products while maintaining store safety and security.
• Coach and supervise the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes, adapting as needed for customers.
