Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a leadership role directing others.
• 1 year experience with POS/cash handling responsibilities.
• Shift Leads must maintain a schedule availability of at least three days per week.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must comply with employment of minors policies.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Be able to perform physical tasks during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with focus and clarity by managing task deployment and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging customers, preserving craft quality, and maintaining a welcoming coffeebar.“
