Qualifications

• Six months of customer-facing experience.

• Prepare beverages/food to standard recipes or customer requests.
• Availability for flexible hours including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift with craft and heart to deliver quality beverages and foods.
• Direct and coordinate tasks of team members to ensure smooth operation.
• Coach partners on preparation standards and customer service.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
