Job summary

Qualifications

• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Available for flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
• Meet store policies, provide quality beverages and food, cash handling and safety standards.
• Six months' experience in a role involving customer interaction.
• At least six months' experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of others to deliver consistent service.
• Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standard recipes.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate shifts.
• Ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction during all openings and shifts.
