Job summary

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach teammates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Understand store policies and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead beverage and food preparation to standard recipes.
• Coach teammates and delegate tasks during shifts.
