Job summary

Starbucks Corp. in Maryland is seeking a shift supervisor to lead cafe operations with craft and heart, ensuring a welcoming space and quality beverages and food.

You will coach team members, delegate tasks, maintain store standards, handle cash and safety, and collaborate to deliver outstanding customer experiences for every guest.

Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays.
