Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a role involving frequent customer interaction
• Six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
• Ability to prepare food/beverages to standard recipes or customer modifications
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to deliver quality beverages and food
• Direct shift operations and ensure store policies and safety are followed
