Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Adhere to store policies and standards, including quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety.
• Six months of customer-facing experience.
• Six months of experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Coach and delegate tasks to teammates to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain quality beverages/food and uphold safety standards.
