Madison Reed's Hair Color Bar in Marietta, GA is seeking a Shift Lead, Licensed Cosmetologist to ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure, manage the schedule, and uphold service quality with the team.

As a keyholder, you’ll be the manager-on-duty when the manager is away, lead by example in sales and service, coach staff, and help grow the business while promoting MR products and values.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state you apply.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair in a salon.
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership skills to provide top-tier guest experience.
• Lead by example in sales and service behaviors with guests.
• Support front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Assist guests with retail orders and consultations.
• Provide all services on the menu and maintain MR standards.
• Step in as manager-on-duty when needed.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach team members to enhance guest satisfaction.
