Job summary

ModWash is seeking a Key Holder to manage daily location operations in the United States. You will greet customers, promote membership packages, and guide guests through available options to ensure a legendary car wash experience.

As a Key Holder, you’ll support opening/closing duties, maintain site standards, and coach the team to hit sales goals while keeping the facility clean and safe in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. You’ll educate them on the value and savings of becoming a member and help them select the best package to suit their needs.What you’ll do:Deliver mind blowing customer service. Greet all customers with a smile, a wave and a friendly attitude.Actively sell and present each of the ModWash packages and the benefits of unlimited wash memberships.Safely guide and assist guests through the ModWash packages, and membership options.Actively engage with customers pre/post wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.Collaborate with and encourage the team to meet sales goals.Execute opening and closing site responsibilities when scheduled.
