Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including early mornings and late nights.
• Weekend availability, holidays if necessary.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Confirm drink orders with customers and enter into POS.
• Know all recipes and secret menu items.
• Know stand processes and procedures.
• Own shift operations: quality, speed, energy, and customer experience.
• Communicate with stand management about personnel, equipment, inventory, and operations.
• Assist with training and development of team members.
