Job summary

Raindrop Car Wash is seeking a Shift Lead to support on-site operations, coach teammates, and uphold SOPs across daily shifts. You will help manage day-to-day tasks, ensure the wash process flows smoothly, and assist in basic equipment troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can drive membership sales at the kiosk, maintain coverage, and respond quickly to on-site issues while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

The Shift Lead at Raindrop Car Wash serves as an extension of site management by supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring team performance, and maintaining tunnel uptime during assigned shifts. While not responsible for full-site leadership, the Shift Lead is expected to uphold and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), coach teammates in real time, support and assist in basic troubleshooting of equipment or chemical delivery.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales when operating in kiosk lane, especially during peak period.

Working Conditions

This position involves outdoor work in variable weather conditions and requires frequent movement between areas of the site. Exposure to water, chemicals, and motorized equipment is common. Shift Leads are expected to work weekends, evenings, and cover gaps in the schedule when needed.
